Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your DineFlow account and associated personal data from the app or from this page.
How to submit a request
- Email us from the address connected to your DineFlow account.
- Include your restaurant name and phone number so we can verify ownership.
- Use the subject “DineFlow account deletion request.”
What happens next
We will verify the request to protect the restaurant and its staff. Eligible profile and account data will then be deleted or anonymized. Access tokens and active sessions will be revoked.
Data that may be retained
Transaction, receipt, security, dispute, tax, and accounting records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations. When retention is required, access is restricted and the data is removed when the retention period ends.
